If you may have received a defective product, so please contact our support staff to receive an RMA form that you please fill in completely and please let it return by FAX or EMAIL. After that our support will give you an RMA number, which you please attach on the top of the return consignment.
Important Note:
All returns that do not have a valid RMA number are basically untouched by our staff and will be returned to the sender.
