Please give our support team following information:
serial number of your product
(e.g. sensorProbe2 with MAC ID 00-0B-DC-00-F0-00)
Firmware version of the product
Accurate description of your problem, including addtional information about your system environment
Our support staff will assign you a support ticket number that you please specify in all your further correspondence to Didactum® Security GmbH.

RMA Procedures / Returns

If you may have received a defective product, so please contact our support staff to receive an RMA form that you please fill in completely and please let it return by FAX or EMAIL. After that our support will give you an RMA number, which you please attach on the top of the return consignment.

Important Note:

All returns that do not have a valid RMA number are basically untouched by our staff and will be returned to the sender. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Have you purchased your AKCP product elsewhere?

If you do not have bought your AKCP monitoring device from Didactum® Security GmbH or from our many AKCP-reseller partners, then contact your vendor. By request, we can send you a confirmation of cost coverage to obtain service and support from us.
