List of AKCP Sensor OID:

Under an OID is defined as a "Object Identifier". In the field of network monitoring, the OID is used to to identify a management information base (MIB) stored object.

The MIB is a database that manages the devices in a network management system (NMS). In this case, the OID's are used to identify the AKCP intelligent sensors. Simply put, each OID identifies a variable that can be read out or controlled via an SNMP command.

Here is a list of the states of the sensors:

Temperature sensors (TMP00, TMP01, TMPW15):

Please note:


The device port is attached to the end of the OID.

EXAMPLE:

    Switch Sensor Status - .1.3.6.1.4.1.3854.1.2.2.1.18.1.3.X (wherein the X of the starting port of the device is - ie from 0-7 for a SP (or 0-27 for SP8-X20 .)

EXAMPLE:

    .1.3.6.1.4.1.3854.1.2.2.1.16.1.3.0 (Value of a temperature sensor connected to the port 1 of the RJ45.)

RMA / Return

If at any acquired Didactum® product present a technical defect, so please contact our support staff an RMA form which you fill in please complete and return it to us by fax or email.

Then contact Support for an RMA number, which you attach please legibly on the package.

Note:

All returns that do not have an RMA number will be, basically returned unprocessed and unfree by our staff to the sender. Here we ask for your understanding!
